How we operate

We directly employ a large workforce and our senior management team all have active roles in projects to ensure their smooth and successful delivery.

We undertake all kinds of building from small contracts through to multi million pound projects and operate as a main contractor carrying out new build, alterations, conversions, refurbishment and maintenance works.

In this capacity our construction work includes factories, hospitals, listed buildings, offices, schools, public buildings and private homes.

Procurement is through traditional single and 2 stage tender, negotiated tender, design and build, cost plus and Partnering.

Contracts are successfully completed by highly skilled operatives and with minimum disruption to our clients.  All our projects are closely monitored by the Directors of the company ensuring our well established tradition of constructing top quality buildings for our clients' is always maintained.
