Small Contracts Department

T.J. Evers Ltd, Small Contracts Department was set up in 1970 to meet the needs of architects, business and private clients, with smaller and more specialised building requirements on contracts up to £250K with its own dedicated management and workforce.

These include renovation of historic buildings, alterations and extensions to existing structures, and smaller new building projects, no job being too small. An electrical service can also be offered.

Joinery Service

We also provide a complete joinery service from our own mill, where skilled craftsmen and modern machinery produce purpose made and standard production items from the finest hardwood and softwood timbers. This facility not only supplies our own projects, but is also available to anyone who needs a quality joinery service.
