URC and Salvation Army Hall – Essex

A challenging site with very little space and party wall awards on 3 sides of the site requiring careful coordination and consideration to ensure the construction process was as contained as possible.

There were 4 main elements to the project:

• Grave clearance and archaeological works
• Kitchen extension for the URC
• The Salvation Army Hall
• Re-roofing of the existing hall
