Feltimores Farm
An exciting project to provide a new lease of life to derelict Victorian model farm buildings through the major restoration and conversion into luxury office accommodation for multiple office lets. The courtyard comprised of a mixture of single and two storey brick built farm buildings with a large timber framed Essex Barn. The restoration also included the replacement of the courtyard archway which linked the two storey barns and completed the original entrance to the development.
The project received an award from the LABC for the best partnership between a main contractor and the Local Authority Harlow District Council.
