ESCO
The project involved the construction of a new office and warehouse facility located on a redundant MOD hospital site. The site was re developed to generate rural community employment.
Construction activity included:
- Mass concrete foundations and power floated floor slabs.
- Precast concrete oversites.
- Steel framed structures.
- Trussed rafters.
- Insulated composite cladding.
- Roller shutter doors.
- High quality finishes to office areas.
- Heating and cooling utilising Air Source Heat Pumps.
- Sewage treatment plant.
