White House, Abberton

The project involved the demolition of a Victorian lean to with repairs and alterations to a Listed Building, construction of a two storey extension with separate garage and workshop building.

Repairs and alterations comprised underpinning substantial sections of the existing structure.  The existing north end gable was rebuilt with an oak timber frame and extensive carpentry repairs were carried out to the roof structure.

The oak staircase, wall panelling and many of the doors and screens were manufactured by our in house Specialist Joinery Department.
