The scheme comprises the removal of an existing tennis court to make way for a new two storey teaching block, providing 8 new general teaching classrooms, administrative areas and toilet block.
The structure will consist of a steel frame, traditional strip and pad foundations with a concrete a floor. The roof will be made of single ply and the walls will be of a masonry infill with facing brickwork and trespa cladding.
Works will commence in January 2018.
