SMARTE EAST FRAMEWORK

We are pleased to announce our appointment as a construction partner to the framework arrangement for the next 4 years.

SMARTE EAST is an alliance between  Essex, Hertfordshire and Suffolk County Councils, which aims to achievie efficiency, reliability and continuous improvement in the procurement and delivery of public sector capital works projects.

Peter Geall, Head of Infrastructure Strategy at Essex County Council and Chair of the Smarte East Board said "The board is delighted to welcome new framework partners to Smarte East, they will add to the already solid relationships that we have built with the existing construction partners. We have taken the opportunity to strengthen capability with regard to Design & Build, a contracting model that has delivered significant performance improvements via the framework, and to facilitate a competitive process between the suppliers on the framework for each project or programme opportunity."
