7 NEW CONTRACTS

We will start 2010 confident in the knowledge that we have recently been awarded 7 new contracts commencing in January to add to our list of existing contracts.

Congratulations to our team involved in securing these new contracts which ensures an extremely positive start to 2010 for all at T J Evers.

The new contracts equate to £5,560,000 of turnover and are listed below:

• Country House - Ingatestone
• Workshop - Blackwater Sailing Club
• Fire damage rebuild - Coggeshall
• Listed building extension - Abberton
• New Church - Great Notley
• New construction college - Basildon
• Hospital sub-station enclosure - Southend

The new contracts demonstrate the wide range of work the company carries out and we are looking forward to delivering these buildings to a high standard for our new clients during the course of 2010.

We are also pleased to announce that we are under consideration and currently negotiating several more contracts all to start during the first quarter of next year.
