27 New Dwellings, Cambourne

The scheme of 27 units consisted of two blocks of 15no.1 and 2 bedroom flats for rent and 12no 2,3,& 4 bed houses for outright sale.

The flats were built using traditional brick and block cavity wall, with the houses in timber frame with brick and timber cladding.

Built on traditional foundations with PCC ground floors throughout and PCC intermediate floors to the flats with trussed rafter roof finished with an interlocking tile.

External elevations had composite weather boarding and feature surrounds to windows in lead.
