Eastways Industrial Warehouse, Witham

The project involved extensive alterations to the existing warehouse and the construction of a new warehouse extension.

The alterations to the existing warehouse building included removal and demolition of external walls and roofs some of which contained asbestos sheets. The existing steel frame was refurbished and new steel purlins were added. The cladding was
upgraded to thermal profiled cladding sheets to match the new building.

The existing warehouse was extended by building a new steel frame and structural concrete power floated floors. The extension included a small fit out phase including offices, WC’s and tea making facilities.
