Luxury Annexe – Saybridge Lodge

Evers are thrilled to share the successful completion of an exceptional project for a private client at Saybridge Lodge.

This renovation transformed an existing garage into a high-quality annexe, complete with a first-floor mezzanine. The new space includes a kitchen/lounge area, ground floor bathroom, and a first-floor bedroom with a feature oak balcony — all delivered with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail.

Internally, the ground floor features full-height wall panelling, stone quarry tile flooring, and a bespoke boot room with handcrafted joinery. A stylish shower room with full-height tiling was also added. Upstairs, the bedroom was finished with custom wardrobes and fitted furniture, tailored to the client’s brief.

Externally, works included the extension of dormer roof lights, new roof coverings, hanging tiles, and the addition of a rear Velux window. The façade was upgraded with new face brickwork, a low-level plinth, and barn-style cladding, along with aluminium windows, bifold doors, and a statement oak balcony and detailing.

Our in-house joinery and electrical departments played a key role in delivering the bespoke elements of the project. Installation of photovoltaic (PV) panels is also planned, to be carried out by our electrical team.
