The Leys School, Cambridge

Following the completion of numerous successful projects for the school, we were contracted to complete the 1st phase of refurbishment of West House (a boarding house for boys).

Works included demolition and structural work with refurbishment to the ground and 1st floor of the building. It also included an overhaul of the mechanical and electrical systems, bedrooms, common rooms, kitchens, study rooms, WC and shower rooms, locker room and plant room.

Form of procurement: Competitive tender with bill of quantities.
