We are delighted to announce the award of a new residential development project at Vigerons Way, Chadwell St Mary, Grays, Essex.
This scheme will transform a redundant garage site into seven high-quality affordable rent two-bedroom homes, helping to deliver much-needed housing for the local community. The project will involve the demolition of the existing garages, followed by the design and construction of the new dwellings, alongside associated landscaping, boundary treatments, and the provision of on-site car and cycle parking.
We are proud to be delivering this project on behalf of Thurrock Council, supporting the redevelopment of underutilised land and contributing to the creation of sustainable new homes.
