We’re excited to announce the award of Phase 2 works at Dame Alice Owen’s School, continuing our valued partnership following the successful delivery of Phase 1.
This phase involves a full strip-out of the existing sports hall, including the removal of the cladding and floor slab, while carefully retaining the existing steel frame, low-level masonry, and all footings. The existing single-storey changing rooms and ancillary areas will also be demolished.
We will be delivering a complete refurbishment of the sports hall with new flooring and cladding, alongside the construction of new outbuildings to house modern changing facilities, offices, storage areas, an entrance lobby, and a plantroom. The works also include external improvements and drainage upgrades.

This next phase represents a significant investment in the school’s infrastructure, and we’re proud to play a key role in its continued development.
