T J Evers has recently been awarded the Annual Design Conservation Award 2018 for the extension and refurbishments works carried out to the Avenue Baptist Church, Westcliffe.
The assessors visited all of the schemes entered into the annual Design Award. The panel said:
“they were impressed that the extension was a truly seamless addition to the church which had enlivened the streetscene and created a new welcoming and flexible space for the whole community. They commented that the attention to detailing was evident throughout the project from the integration of existing the historic fabric, to the landscaping and in the modernisation of the interior and that this had all contributed to the success of the project.”
We are extremely delighted to have received this award from Southend Borough Council and would like to thank our project team for all the hard work and dedication throughout the contract and commend them on achieving high quality results.
