We are delighted to announce that we have been awarded two exciting new residential developments in Chelmsford on behalf of The Guinness Partnership.
Located in the heart of Chelmsford City Centre, these developments will deliver much-needed, high-quality homes for the local community.
The first scheme will comprise three commercial units at ground level with 10 apartments above, creating a vibrant mixed-use development. The second scheme will provide 12 affordable apartments, helping to increase the supply of quality, affordable housing in the area.
We are proud to play our part in delivering homes that make a positive difference to local communities and are pleased to be building on our relationship with The Guinness Partnership.
It is also fantastic to continue working alongside KLH and Superstructure, trusted partners with whom we have successfully delivered a number of projects over the years.
Construction is due to commence over the coming months, and we look forward to sharing updates as these exciting developments progress.
