We were delighted to attend the groundbreaking ceremony for the latest development at Capel Manor College in Enfield, marking the official start of an exciting project that will enhance the college’s facilities for both current and future students.
The event opened with speeches from Peter Brammall, Principal and CEO of Capel Manor College, and Simon Cooper of T J Evers. Both speakers shared their vision for the development and highlighted the strong collaboration that has brought the project to this significant milestone.
Representatives from Capel Manor College, members of the Governing Board, architects 3BM, project consultants Fusion Project Management, and the wider project team then took part in the ceremonial first dig, officially signalling the commencement of construction.
The ceremony concluded with refreshments, providing guests with an opportunity to celebrate the start of the project and discuss the exciting plans for the future.
A particular highlight was the site’s printed hoarding, designed by Capel Manor College, which has transformed the project frontage and given the site a smart, professional appearance while showcasing the college’s identity and vision for the development.
