Men’s Mental Health Awareness Week 🤝

In construction, we’re taught to speak up about physical safety on site, harnesses, PPE, risk assessments. Men’s Mental Health Week is a reminder that we should feel just as comfortable speaking up about our mental wellbeing.

The construction industry is built on resilience, hard work, and getting the job done. But the pressures of deadlines, workloads, finances, and everyday life can affect anyone, and too often, those challenges are carried quietly.

At Evers, we believe looking after people is just as important as delivering quality projects. A strong workforce isn’t just about skill and experience, it’s about support, understanding, and looking out for one another.

This week, we’re reminding everyone across our industry that it’s OK not to be OK. Whether you’re on site, in the office, or at home, no one should feel they have to face things alone.

Take a moment to check in with a colleague, a friend, or a family member. A simple conversation can make a real difference.

💙 It’s OK not to be OK
💙 Check in on a mate
💙 Speak up if you’re struggling
💙 Ask for help when you need it

Together, we can help build a stronger, healthier construction industry where everyone feels supported.
