We’re delighted to announce that we have been appointed by Essex County Council to deliver the expansion and improvement works at St Peter’s Church of England Primary School in Coggeshall.
The project will see the creation of two new standalone educational buildings, providing additional classrooms and specialist teaching spaces, alongside new external play facilities, landscaping and site-wide infrastructure.
The works will also include alterations and remodelling to existing school accommodation, helping to create an improved learning environment and support the school’s growing pupil capacity.
Delivered within a live school environment, the project will require careful planning and coordination to ensure the safety and wellbeing of pupils and staff, while minimising disruption to the school and surrounding community.
As part of Essex County Council’s wider investment in education, the completed development will provide modern, high-quality facilities designed to support the long-term needs of the Coggeshall community.
