We’re proud to have completed a fantastic project in Hutton for Santhem Residences Ltd 🙌
Working within a fully occupied independent retirement living community, this was all about care, consideration, and quality. From upgrading roofs and refreshing balconies to restoring the building’s overall look and feel, every detail was handled with the residents in mind.
Alongside the external works, we carried out internal improvements across many apartments all carefully planned and executed to minimise disruption to daily life.
This was a complex site, with restricted access, no parking, and a live environment next to a care home but through close collaboration and a people-first approach, we built strong relationships with the community and delivered a result everyone can be proud of.
