TJ Evers joined forces with Colchester Amphora Homes for the second time to construct more affordable housing in the Colchester area.
We began work on the sympathetic conversion of the villa into six apartments, alongside the construction of two three-storey townhouses within the property grounds.
The Victorian house comprised of extensive works to the internal structures to form new openings and re-shape the building for the new flats. The new build involved brick and block masonry walls, rendered panels to the front entrance, dormer windows and featured louvred panels were also fitted.
All properties included top of the range facilities. The homes are fitted out with environmentally friendly features such as energy efficient heating systems, EV charging points and insulation all meeting modern building standards.
