Operating since 1918 from our headquarters in Tiptree our vast experience and depth of knowledge reassures clients when selecting Evers to deliver their projects. Our focus is centred on providing a quality service through trust and reliability whilst working collaboratively to provide innovative solutions.
We focus on producing high quality buildings on time and within budget. We are committed to establishing long working relationships with our clients which is reflected by our high levels of repeat business.
As a main contractor we undertake all kinds of building work from small contracts through to multi million pound projects including new build, extensions and conversions, refurbishment, alterations and maintenance. We also excel in specialist works such as listed and heritage buildings.
We embrace modern methods of construction and as technology develops our team remains well equipped to work with our clients to deliver complex projects other contractors might avoid.

Major Works Department
Major Works professionally secure and deliver projects which range in value from £250,000 to £10,000,000.
Special Works Department
Our Special Works team headed by a designated contracts manager carry out a range of projects in all sectors specialising in providing a dedicated service for contracts up to £250,000.
Electrical Department
Our NICEIC certified Electrical team are responsible for setting up our temporary electrical and IT Installations ensuring that our construction sites are fully operational as soon as possible. This department also affords us the flexibility to undertake the electrical aspects of some of our contracts in house.
Joinery Department
Located at our headquarters in Tiptree our in house joinery department specialises in high quality bespoke products thereby ensuring we produce an exceptional standard of joinery for all our projects. The department also manufactures joinery for external clients trading as Tiptree Joinery Services.
Maintenance Department
Working in conjunction with our construction divisions our Maintenance team provide a planned and emergency service for all our clients. An emergency response service for Local Authorities is also available.
