Only 5 months into the design and build development of 27 new dwellings at Cambourne for Flagship Homes Developments Limited, the project is progressing rapidly and is currently ahead of programme.
Plots 2-6 – Timber frame erected, roofing covers and PV roof panels are currently being installed.
Plots 8-12 – Commencing 1st fix internally.
Plots 13-18 – Hollowcore first floors and concrete stairs have been installed.
Plots 19-27 – Second floor hollowcore floors and concrete stairs due for installation within the week.
Plots 1+7 – Ready for ground floor installation.
