We are pleased to announce that we have secured the third phase of works at the Knights Templar School in Baldock Hertfordshire .
Having completed the previous two phases of works at the school. We are proud to build upon our relationship with the school and client team.
This phase of works comprises the demolition of the existing science and art classrooms. Construction of a new teaching block consisting of general teaching class rooms, art rooms, food technology rooms, administrative areas and toilet block.
The structure will consist of a SIPS frame on traditional strip and pad foundations with a concrete a floor. The roof will be made of single ply. Externally the building will be clad in a mixture of face brickwork, timber and trespa cladding.
Works will commence in March 2018.
