On the 8th Feb 2021 works commenced on site at Military Road, to design and build 8 new family homes as part of the Council’s housing scheme to deliver 350 additional houses across the borough by 2024.
The scheme comprises of 2 houses and 6 flats built to a high quality and energy efficient standard in compliance with the Government Future Homes 2025.
This is the second council owned, affordable housing project we have been awarded by Colchester Amphora Homes Ltd and Colchester Borough Homes in the last 6 months.
