The Perse Upper School, Cambridge – Technology Block Extension

We are pleased to have secured a new project at The Perse Upper School in Cambridge.

The project involves a new first floor construction above the existing technology block, which will provide new offices and teaching space.

Through close collaboration with the school we have sequenced the works to insure minimal disruption to both the staff and students. The site set up, enabling works and service diversions will commence during half term allowing the piled foundations to be installed over the Easter break. The subsequent installation of the steel frame hollowcore construction and SFS walling will start at the end of exam period.

Having completed the structure the external aluminium cladding and standing seam roof will follow together the internal fit out of the offices and sixth form accommodation.

We are excited to continue our relationships with the prestigious Cambridge Architects, Cavaleri Partnership and Quantity Surveyors, Tillyard.
