At TJ Evers, our team have been very busy these last few weeks. We have recently completed three projects, started two and landed a few.
Completed projects are White Court School, Queen Elizabeth School, & Colchester County High School for Girls. White Court consisted of new 4 New classrooms, Queen Elizabeth’s School was a new 2 storey linked music block and teacher training facilities at Colchester County. A very well done to our Evers teams for delivering these successful projects.
During this month, we have been busy setting up new sites at the University of Essex and St Johns Street Colchester. The University project involves the conversion of the existing finance office into a new teaching suite and is a fast-tracked project which will be handed over in February 2022. This is the 2nd project we have undertaken in recent times with the University. St Johns involves extensive conversion works of a former butcher’s shop to retail and commercial accommodation.
Back at the office we have secured two projects, which will start in the new year.
Cats Protection, Chelmsford comprising of a new admissions block with ancillary rooms, with all associated mechanical, electrical and drainage services.
Along with Trinity Road Primary School. Enabling works including MUGA, access gates, and cycle shelters.
We are looking forward to a busy and successful 2022.
