Church House, Wormingford – Extension and alteration to existing out buildings.
Jaywick Sands Workshops and Covered Market – New build covered market and managed workspace development – Value £3.8m.
Elder Street, London – Alteration, demolition, and re-ordering of existing listed buildings into new office space. – Value £2m.
Copford Primary School – Constructing new standalone 4 class base primary school facility. Replacement of relocatable buildings. This is our second project for Essex County council framework 2. Value £1.6M.
Essex Air ambulance – This is our second recent project for Essex Air Ambulance. Mechanical and electrical upgrade with associated building comprising windows etc.
Staines and Brights – Demolition of shop space and replacement of new shop floor and mezzanine area.

St Edmunds School – Design and Construction of single storey classroom block.
Davenant Foundation School- Replacement of existing temporary classrooms with permanent standalone block.
T916 University of Essex. – The project involved the conversion of an office into a new teaching suite. This was a fast-track project that had to be handed over in February 2022. This was the 2nd project with the University of Essex.
High Easter – Construction of 2 Nr new dwellings, external work, and drainage.
Bishops Stortford Methodist Church, – Reconfiguration of entrance lobby, side, and rear halls. New sanitary accommodation, roof lights and reopening of windows.
