Evers have been contracted to carry out extensive conversion of a former butcher’s shop turning it into retail and commercial accommodation.
Roof works are now complete. The Sedum and tiled roofs are installed, and the scaffold struck.
The Sedum roof is an interesting detail which has many benefits such as providing microclimates for insects and bird life, they can also improve air quality and reduce surface run off.
On the building the external façade remains largely the same, internal works involve ground floor slabs, floors, walls, new windows, sedum roof and full fit out including M&E works.
