We are pleased to announce the official opening of The Sunspot project, a £5m commercial workspace in Jaywick.
The project was funded by the Government’s Getting Building Fund administered by the South East Local Enterprise Partnership (SELEP), Essex County Council and Tendring Council, as part of the government regeneration plan.
We are delighted to have been part of such an exciting development that has created job opportunities for the local residents and will encourage economic growth in an area that has been overlooked for many years.
